LoKalloBaat Posted April 8, 2018 Report Share Posted April 8, 2018 My EB3 - I140 got approved in 2007 and i filed I485 as well in 2007. In 2015 i left US and now in 2018 i withdrew my I485. I am now planning to re-enter US on a L1B visa. After i enter US can I file a new EB2 using my approved EB3 - I140 and priority date from 2007? Also my priority date from 2007 got current this month so can i file I485 concurrently for adjustment of status? If yes how soon can i expect a Green Card? Thanks, Link to comment
