Can i use my approved i140 for renewal in future withoit initiating again with other employer.

My question is, can i use my approved i140 which got approved one year before in future to renew my H1B. If i move from company A(who filed GC) to B now eventhough company B has not initiated my GC process.

Yes. The new rules let you get H1 extensions till the PD is current.
