Green Card Lost at the Chicago Airport after immigration clearance

Hello Forum,

My wife and I were in India for last couple of weeks visiting our parents and came from India last week i.e. on 03/28/2018 at Chicago ORD airport.

 

We did use our Permanent Resident Cards (Green Cards) at the Automated Kiosk and also presented these cards to the immigration officer at the counter. Once all cleared, we lost our cards between the Immigration counter and the exit gate (somewhere in the baggage claim area).

 

Q1) How do I report to USCIS

Q2) Do I need to file a police report

Q3) I was trying to fill Form I-90 for replacement of our green cards but I see no link after logging into USCIS account. Can someone help? Of If I fill I-90 on hard copy to send to USCIS, how would I pay/send for filling fee and biometrics?

 

An urgent help is hignly appreciated..

File a police report.

Not sure if the I-90 is available online. If not file the paper form. They will send an appointment for biometrics.
