reentry permit - question

hello
is there a limit on the number of times we can apply for a reentry permit. i have applied for reentry permit twice in the last 4 yrs after getting my green card under eb2 but stayed only  little over 1 year on each time when i was issued a 2 yr re entry permit... not looking towards citizenship.

so, please do let me know if there is any limit on the number of times for reentry permit..and if even  i do get t, will there be any question at POE for applying reentry permit these many of times.
