At least till November. The winds of change seem to be blowing strongly now and hopefully will be a hurricane in November and if so you will see the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde side of this mysterious president of ours.

I think the OP is not clear that US Citizens can sponsor their parents and this has always been so. So his last question is enigmatic.
