H1b extension upgraded to premium and clock stopped on the First day

Hello Murthy readers,

My employer filed my extension back in July 2017 and till last week there wasn't any update. My employer upgraded to premium and packet reached on 03/28/18. 

On 3/29 I see the activity as below ( This is what I am seeing on myaccount.uscis website). I don't see any update on USCIS Case Status Website.

 

We received your premium processing request for your case (3/29)

We started the 15-day premium processing clock and are reviewing your case(3/29)

We stopped the 15-day premium processing clock for your case(3/29)

How come it started on the same day and stopped on the same day?

Did anybody come across this scenario? Please let me know.

Did you get any update on your case? Even my Amendment filed under PP has reached California Center on March 28. I finally got the Receipt Notice, but the Case Status shows "Case Received" and Attorneys haven't received yet any other info.

Notice Date is March 30, 2018.

Don't know the delay is due to the avalanche of petitions came on April 2nd.
