nandini09l
N470 instructions says that one eligibility criteria is uninterrupted physical presence of at least one year after LPR is obtained. If I have travlled multiple times on company business and on vacation outside US for 10- 20 days at a time, does it make me ineligible to file for N470 Link to comment
JoeF
Yes. "Uninterrupted" means what it says. Link to comment
pontevecchio
" You must have been physically present and residing in the United States for an uninterrupted period, without any absences, for at least one year after your admission as a lawful permanent resident (except religious workers); " I suspect not. Run it by the company lawyer. Link to comment
