I have applied for EB1 (premium processing) through an immigration firm - it was mailed out 5 days ago to the TSC. when can I expect the receipt no to be sent? Is it sent to my immigration specialist's office or to my address? does having an approved NIW affect/impact my EB1 petition? thanks in advance Link to comment
