Does an arrest but no subsequent charge or conviction have green card renewal impact?

I am Permanent Resident and about 15 years ago I was falsely accused of domestic violence by addict ex spouse. I was arrested but the DA declined to press any charges and thus there is also no conviction. Prior, I have had zero legal issues in my history and I have no convictions.

My GC expired a couple of years and frankly I am scared to renew it or apply for citizenship because of this incident. I have already renewed my green card once and it wasn't an issue but over the past ten years of this GC's life I've become increasingly fearful that some surprise consequence may occur if/when I renew.

Is there anything to worry about?

Thank you.
