My situation is that my H1B extension is in processing and I want to bring my parents in May. Since I dont have much time I asked my cousin sister who is a citizen to sponsor my parents for the visa. My question here is that is it going to be problem for my parents to get visa eventhough I am in US and my cousin sister is sponsoring their visa. Link to comment
