MTR i290b initial review

the below is the recent notification from USCIS. can anybody tell me when can i expect the processing to be complete or with similar situation.

Application Type: I290B, NOTICE OF APPEAL OR MOTION 

Your Case Status: Initial Review 

On March *, 2018, we transferred your Form I290B, NOTICE OF APPEAL OR MOTION, Receipt Number EAC********** to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by April 8, 2018, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Just they are balancing the case no worries even I am also same status

Any updated on this? I got the same, is there anything i can do about this? Did you get an appointment time for biometric?
