Avg Posted March 24, 2018 Report Share Posted March 24, 2018 Hi, My 6 years of H1-B expires in April 2018,GC(I-140 approved) My extension was filed by my employer in premium and extension was granted from September 2018(This is because of error by USCIS). Now, I have to travel to India. After I get the stamping done in India before 90 days of my extension start date, when can I come back to USA? Link to comment
