venkatbachan09 Posted March 23, 2018 Report Share Posted March 23, 2018 Hi Sir, I was working with company A with H1b visa and in August 2017 it got revoked by USCIS with employer reason and in July 2017 it self my VISA got transferred to company B, which is still in process but for August and September they did not run the pay stubs. In September i have transferred my visa to Company C and working on receipt, company C did the premium processing, now got a RFE asking to provide the August and September 2017 pay stubs. But company B now saying we already done the tax filing so i am not able to give those pay stubs. what should i do now, please help me. Thanks, V. Link to comment
