DOL Processing Strategy

Thanks a lot for hosting this Forum for discussing. 

I have few question regarding DOL processing, any information would be highly appreciated. 

1. How are CASE_NUMBERs associated to CASE_RECEIVED_DATEs I read somewhere in this forum that if eg. A-17310-XXXXX, it represents case was received on 310th day in 2017. I see many cases with different CASE_RECEIVED_DATEs having case numbers starting with A-17310 

2. Which one would take priority in case processing CASE_NUMBER or CASE_RECEIVED_DATE? 

3. Would Priority Date of I140 be CASE_RECEIVED_DATE of PERM application? 

4. How is processing pattern of PERM, would DOL start processing November cases if 60% of October cases get certified? 

5. Are applications being processed alphabetically with employer's company name? 

6. My application has CASE_RECEIVED_DATE - 11/10/17 , company name start with "C". When could I expect my PERM to be approved? 

7. What is Sponsorship in CASE_STATUS? 

8. What are REFILE and ORIG_FILE_DATE, are these fields for cases which got denied in the past and are refiling?
