Bala Labhishetty Posted March 19, 2018 Report Share Posted March 19, 2018 My EB3 priority date is Mar 2008, As per April 2018 bulletin, I can apply I485 (my date is under DATES FOR FILING OF EMPLOYMENT-BASED VISA APPLICATIONS) but as per uscis website (https://www.uscis.gov/visabulletininfo), eligibility is based on final dates. Do I need to wait for upcoming bulleting with final dates or am I eligible for applying 485 in April 2018? Looks like it is confusing topic. Any input appreciated. Link to comment
