Hi Members,

I applying for stem extension, but i got a DUI(Misdeamor) in the month of October and the case is still been ongoing. I wanted to know will it impact my extension and what documents should i need to send to USCIS. Do i need to send all the copies of the police reports?

Please advise, i'm really in need of help.

u may get rfe , keep whatever documents u have ready so that u can respond when required 

make sure u consult an immigration lawyer before sending any document

Don't need to do anything for USCIS

I have the same situation. Should I select (c) 3(C) under the eligibility criteria (For Master Student applying for OPT extension) or should I chose c(35) and provide the arrest records ? the case is still pending. I have only one week left to apply for the extension.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
