I-131 - Green card Re-entry permit form questions

Hi Team,

I am in the process of applying reentry permit using Form I-131 for my wife and son, they are green card holders. And this the first time i am filing I-131 in 6 years after getting GC.

Could you please guide on the below points in the form:

1.In part4 -> 1.a Purpose of travel.

What are the reason i have to avoid for purpose of travel.  I am using " Emergency travel to support family"

2.Can i send my Wife and minor son, both the I-131 forms in a single mail/post to USCIS or it has to be in separate mails.
