RFE on EB1C 140 but was ready to file 485

Hi, I was getting ready to file 485 while my 140 was under process. Got notification about RFE on my 140. Can I go ahead and file or wait for 140 rfe to be responded? If I wait, I won't be able to file till retrogression period is over for this year which is going to be effective from App.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
