BMR413 Posted March 13, 2018 Report Share Posted March 13, 2018 My previous employer (A) appealed my I-140 after denial (Ability to pay) a year ago, and I left the company and working for my current employer (B). During this time, my previous employer (A) was acquired (Asset purchase) by new company (C), and I was not working for either of these companies at the time of acquisition. My questions are 1. can new company (C) continue/restore my I-140 and get the approval? 2. Can I port my priority date for future PERM Labor/I-140 cases? 3. What is the best possible option/suggestion to restore my I-140? Thank you for any valuable advise. Please let me know if anyone was in same boat, come out successful.
