suren15
Today I got I-485 denial letter due to not responding to RFE that they sent sometime last 2017 October. I have around 20 days to file for motion, since I was not aware of initial RFE what is the chance of approving my I209B which I will be submitting soon. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated... Link to comment
pontevecchio
It depends on the RFE. I hope you are not filing the appeal yourself. Involve a lawyer. Link to comment
suren15
I called USCIS, they said my RFE is about expired medicals. They have asked me to file MTR. Meanwhile checking with my previous attorney whether they received the RFE or not. Link to comment
pontevecchio
That RFE is water under the bridge. Get a good lawyer involved. You should be able to sort this mess out. Link to comment

suren15
Finally my I-485 denial status changed to RFE, my MTR got approved as I submit the proof that my previous attorney has received the RFE but he didn't communicate to me as I left that company. Link to comment
