Priority Date and I-485 Interview Requirements

Hello.  Do you think (new) I-485 interview requirement will cause the priority dates to move rapidly this year (2018)? E.g. there shall be fewer documentarily eligible candidates due to interview bottle neck, so to generate demand priority dates must be advanced rapidly.  What are thoughts of other people on the forum?
