Visitor visa for parents,sister: H1B in RFE, currently on OPT

Hi,

I am planning to bring my parents and my younger sister to the US later this year. I am on F1-OPT valid till June 2019 and my current H1B petition is in RFE (not extension, first time application).

Can i make arrangements for their visa? I have heard siblings usually get rejected. My sister is currently a full time student at a college in India.  Sister will graduate in a year. My mother is a house wife and father works in a bank (retires in mid 2019). What other things should i consider?

Your status is not related to their visitor visa.

They can apply themselves, after all they are visiting for tourism and would return after a specific period within 6 months.

If the officer is assured of the above, they should be good.
