faiyazkvg1 Posted March 6, 2018 Report Share Posted March 6, 2018 Travel outside of USA after 140 approved What happens to 140 priority date( Approved & PD date is 10/23/2013) if i move out of USA and start living in india for personal reasons . I will not be working for the same firm which filed my GC .Right now i am in H1b And it is valid till 11/25/2020 ( Same is stamped too) Now what happens to my 140 ? PD ? H1B? Can i renter USA ? if yes what is the best way ? Link to comment
