H4 EAD Renewal

Hello,

Currently my I-140 approved and I got  approved my new H1-b extension with same employer till 2020. I have applied for my wife  H4 and H4 EAD renewal before 180 days.  Her current H-4 and H4-EAD valid  till 09/30/3018. Still I am waiting for my wife H-4 and H-4 EAD renewal. 

I have below questions.

1. Is it any problem if I applied for H4 and H-4 EAD extension before 180 days? I have applied because I got my new H1-B extension.

2. Can My wife Change job if her H4 and H4-EAD in progress ? She has current H4 and H-4 EAD valid till 09/30/2018.
