madhusreenivas Posted March 5, 2018 Report Share Posted March 5, 2018 My mother-in-law is currently in the US on a visitor's visa and her 6 month stay will be done in April 2018. I am planning to apply for her visa extension for another 3 months as she is intending to visit more places in the Summer time. In case her extension gets denied, would her 10 year multiple entry visa be void as well ? Can you please clarify ? Link to comment
