H4 EAD Renewal based on my new H4 and my spouse H1B Approvals

Hi,

I have a valid H4 EAD (till JAN 2019) based on my husband's old employer's H1B and I140 Approvals.

My Husband changed his job to a new employer and we both have new approvals now (H4 and H1B) valid till 2020.

Below are my questions-please clarify,

         1. Can i renew my H4 EAD now - ie; by March 2018 or should we wait for more time to reach (180 days window period before EAD Expiration) to apply for EAD Renewal.

         2. Can we start Company here based on my H4 EAD, We are particularly interested in starting an Inc. company, if Inc. company is not allowed, what other type of companies can be started in H4 EAD?

I am in same situation where H4 ead is due until Jan 2019, but H4 and spouse H1 are valid until Dec 2020 which were applied during change of employer.

Question is: Is it fine to apply for H4 EAD renewal before 180 days of Expiry? 

And

Would I still get an renewal if the old employer withdraws the I 140?

Your responses could be helpful for my case. Appreciate in advance.

No you cant apply for EAD extension before 180 days now. You should have applied for your new EAD along with your husband new H1B
