GC Initiation - 2018

Hi ,

Please clarify my queries

My 6 yr H1b is getting maxed out in May 2019. My current employer A is taking time to file GC and another employer B is willing to file GC . 

1. Will that be any issue if i have 2 GC files parallely by employer A and B?

2. How many months (approx) for PERM to get approved when GC filed ?

3. Do i have time chances to file GC and get my I140 approved before May 2019?

1. No Issue

2. In general ~6 months, but nothing is set in stone, it really depends on the individual case

3. Chance is there to get I-140 approved before May 2019, sure!....... How likely? I wouldn't bet on it.
