Prabhdeep Posted March 2, 2018 Report Share Posted March 2, 2018 HI, I am currently on H1b with visa expiring on 31st March 2018 and have filed extension ans its 4 months till now, i want my wife to come here on H4 but this is not possible until my extension comes so i was thinking of filing B2 visa for my wife for 2 months as she is working and has a Job in India and later she will return back and come on H4 when my extension comes. Please suggest what documnets and what questions she might be asked for her Interview. Please suggest. Link to comment
lovely Posted March 4, 2018 Report Share Posted March 4, 2018 Its recommended to wait until you get your extension and apply for H4, B2 is a 50% chance as the application does have questions on who is paying for your trip, do you have any immediate family in US etc. Link to comment
