H1B amendment required if client changed within same MSA?

Hi,

 

I work for Company XXXXX and my petition and LCA was files for 'Client A' .

Now my Client is changed 'Client B' with same employer in 40 miles. My roles and responsibilities are same.

Do I need petition or LCA amendment?

I have visa stamping in Canada in 2 weeks. Please guide me.

Based on your mentioning, you do not require any amendment to your petition if not changing your MSA, regardless of client.
