RFE for H1B amendment, what if employer is not responding

Hi, I came to US with employer A , client C, after 6 months changes client and employer filed for amendment. After 4 months he is saying that amendment is under RFA and he said he won’t reply. Would like to know the consequences and I can change my employer now? Will it cause any issue?

If the employer doesn't reply, it will get denied.

Find a better employer.
