H1B Transfer RFE for Educational Evaluation

I am currently in H1B with 8 years 7 months  of work experience in IT.  I am trying to switch to a different company and was trying to get H1B Transfer approved. I joined in with receipt and have been in this firm for 3 months now. The employer filed a H1B transfer in normal processing for the first 2 months and converted it to premium after the 2 month.  Now I have got a RFE for Educational Evaluation for IT specialty. I am currently a Developer/Consultant having a designation of Computer systems Engineer/Architect.  I hold a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from India.  

Can anyone please explain if there a way to respond back to my educational evaluation.

PS: I had 5 subjects/courses in my engineering curriculum which supports CS Field. Not sure if we can convert those to academic credits.
