miu123
All - USCIS field officer did a site visit to my consultancy office as they showed me as a inhouse project but I dont work there. I work at client location now but my employer didn't file amendment as it was in same state. Field officer called me and asked me many questions and said as u are not working at location as per your LCA. 1. Does anyone had same issue or situation previously ? 2. Can he send intend to revoke my H1B? 3. How much time it take approximately for them to send these notices after their visit?' 4. Should I change my employer? Any help will be helpful Thanks Link to comment

miu123
My employer filled my H1B as inhouse project and after receiving my h1b I start working for a client. Client is 28 miles away from employers office. I job also gives flexibility to work from home so most of the time I stay with my family as my works in another state and this field officer had that details also. He mentioned that I am spending my most of the time in other state. any suggestions what should i do now? Link to comment
The Other Guy
Your employer did not follow the legal procedures needed (Filing a LCA for your new job&location). Talk to the employer and his attorney and find out what to do next. Keep us posted. Link to comment
NotAnAttorney
You can surely expect an ITR for misrepresentation, only thing not sure is how soon you would receive that. Suggestion and a temporary solution : Move to a new employer ASAP.( before USCIS sends Intent to Revoke Notice) Link to comment
