rahu v Posted February 17, 2018 Report Share Posted February 17, 2018 Hi , My F1 Visa was issued on 2013 for a 5 year period which is about to expire this year in 2018 , but last year i got approved for my H1b Visa that is valid till 2019 so currently am currently working in H1B VISA but i have not done my Stamping yet , are there any problems when my old F1 VISA period expire this year or can i stay till my current H1b Visa Expire. regards Link to comment
NotAnAttorney Posted February 19, 2018 Report Share Posted February 19, 2018 Your stay is linked to I-94. You should have received I94, along with H1B approval. An technically your F1 visa is not valid, as your H1b was approved with Change of status from F1 to H1. Link to comment
