It said "USCIS made the decision to refund the fee for your form I-485 application to register for permanent residence or to adjust status. Your refund will be mailed to the fee remitter on file. This refund does not affect the processing or location of your case" Any idea what this means? Is our I-485 application still under processing or should we be worried? Link to comment

Simmsc Posted February 22, 2018 Author Report Share Posted February 22, 2018 It was i130 petion of my wife plus my applications: i485,I 765an I 131. I attended my biometric stamp . After 3 months pending I received notice of rejections of all... because they payment was not honored. I inquired with my bank and they gave me evidence that showing ucis deposited my wife money order 535$ and my cashier's check 1225$. I went ucis local office and show them the evidence from my bank. After 2 days I get updated my i485 fee will refund. almost 4 months now I don't even receive my EAD. I don't know how to think about that.my wife wants a Law'suit. Good ideas? Link to comment
