prakashh1b Posted February 17, 2018 Report Share Posted February 17, 2018 I had valid i797 petition till 2019, valid I-94 till 2019 and valid H1B stamping on passport till 2019 from company A. Company B acquired company A (both assets and liability). After 6 months, USCIS didn't find the acquisition details so sent Notice of intent to Revoke letter to company A. (company B received NOIR due to mail forwarding) USCIS also added Level 1 wage RFE with this NOIR. Now my petition got revoked due to wage level 1 on 02/01/2018. My employer Company B filed new H1B with in 12 days of H1B revoke. I stopped working and I am still in USA during this process. I have received the receipt copy. Can I stay here and continue working on the receipt? Or if company C ready to file my H1B can I start working from company C as soon as I receive the H1B receipt? Thank you very much Link to comment
