H1p visa stamped with class A misdemeanor 7 years ago. Will it be a problem at POE?

Hi,

I had a class A misdemeanor for which I was arrested 7 years ago. My h1b visa is approved and stamped last year.

Now, I am traveling to my home country, Will have any issues at the POE. Any help or suggestions on this topic is highly appreciated.

It depends. Were you convicted? Did you enter a plea? Was the crime CIMT or not? Was it alcohol related? What was the incident? If case was dismissed, was it by the judge or by the DA? 

You expect a response yet you provide no basic information. Why are you even posting the question if you don't care to at least state the basic facts.

Sorry, I was traveling so couldn't get online.

I was not convicted, the deposition was deferred adjudication with 1 year probation and after successful probation completion the case was dismissed by the Judge. It was not alcohol related, it was for selling unlabelled records(pirated copies of new movies) at my cousins convenient store.
