I-140 filing requirement with new employer.

Hi,

My I-140 is approved for more that 180 days from employer A. I  am planning to move to a new employer B. Existing visa valid till Aug19 (completing 6 years).  

My question is. Will the new employer need to file for LCA, PERM & I-140 again. 

Or the new employer can simply file for extension based on the approved I-140?

H1 extensions are routine. B will start from scratch, PERM onwards if you want to get a GC through B.
