H1b with Bsc computers

Hi All,

I see crazy things happening these days. I have few friends who are on H1b and from Bsc computers, i would like to know are they all going to get 'RFE on specialty occupation' for the visa extension ?

can they move to new employer (h1b transfer)

I am also in same boat and need suggestion.

In Apr 2017 i have applied for H1b Amendment and in May i received RFE on Speciality Occupation and my attorney responded in August till now there is no update on status. Now again it is time for my extension as current i-94 is expiring on Mar 29 2018.

If i apply for Extension will i get same RFE? and

will there is any possibility of denial?.

If it git denied what are my options?.

Also i have a FTE options with my current client is this better to go with FTE with Client?
