PERM filing on my own by consulting a Legal firm of lawyer

Hi,

I am currently on my H1-B visa with 6 year max out date of March 2020. My current employer is not filing my PERM for Green Card Application. My question was can i file my PERM by using Legal firm outside of my company if current employer gives all the documentation required for filing a PERM application.

I see no reasonable way to do this.

Only the employer can file PERM, and the employer also has to pay for it.

If the employer doesn't want to file, they obviously don't value you or your work all that much. Take the hint, and find another employer.
