Can I submit client letter after petition submission

Hi,

I received RFE for my H1b amendment petition and response was also submitted but without client letter as that time client didn't had any policy to provide client letter.  

Now client has started providing the client letters, is there a way to submit client letter (additional supporting document) to USCIS after RFE response was submitted already?

Please advise. Please let me know if there any additional details needed.

Definitely you can. Its just additional packet to be reached to USCIS mentioning 2 letters. 

1. why you are submitting the letter now rather at the time of rfe submission.

2. the client letter.

Your employer should call USCIS asap and get direction on how to approach this.
