Shyju John Posted February 13, 2018 Report Share Posted February 13, 2018 Hi, I was laid off by my previous employer due to company acquisition on March 31st 2017. I had my I797 and I94 valid until Aug 20149 on the I797. My new employer filed a new petition in June 2017 and it got an RFE which later got approved on 02/2018. But this did not have an I94 printed in it. Do I need to travel back ASAP or I am good to stay back for a few more days as the latest stamping date I am getting is in mid March with my previous I94.
