Kapil Kesavan
Hi, I have recently moved from Employer A to Employer B after receiving the H1B receipt number and the visa is not yet approved. Now, I have a family urgency and want to travel outside the US. I have my visa stamped till this July, but from Employer A(this visa is not yet revoked by Employer A). Is it advisable to travel outside the US at this point of time? Will this create any issue at Immigration when I come back? Thanks and regards, Kapil Kesavan Link to comment
JoeF
You can not come back until the H1 from employer B is approved. Trying to enter without an approved H1 from B means you are stating you are working for A, which you are not. So, it would be immigration fraud. Link to comment
