Employment Authorization in Compelling Circumstances

Hi,

I have medical condition "Crohns Disease" its a lifetime condition, I need to use speciality medication which is available in USA only. I need to take every 8 weeks. This is classified as Physical disability(American disability act) as there is no cure(Autoimmune disorder)

I am having I140 Approved, Do I qualify for EAD based on the this compelling circumstances.

"Medical documentation to show you or your dependent are facing a serious illness or disability;" I am getting treated since past 5 years in USA  and tried two medications that stopped responding and started with new speciality medication.

They will look in to the medical documentation submitted by your Doctor and make a decision. No automatic issuance. You should consider discussing your situation with a Lawyer first.
