ayuham Posted February 1, 2018 Report Share Posted February 1, 2018 Hello My husband has applied i-485 in eb1 category and i-824 for me (con-current) as right now i am living in india and doing a permanent job. My husband is doing a job in USA with EAD and visited india once with AP. Earlier i have visited him 2 times with B1/B2 visa and then one time with H4 visa. right now he is waiting for his i-485 approval. Is it possible for me to visit him for 1 to 2 month through B2 visa while my i-824 application is pending. Can i get B2 visa under this situation? Quote Link to comment
