I had sponsored my younger brother tourist vis in the past and his Visa got rejected thrice (this was when he was in middle & high school). He is currently doing MBBS in India and is planning to visit USA on B1/B2 for medical clinical rotations in different teaching hospitals. Is it better I sponsor him or he shows as self sponsor through student loan to increase his chances of Visa. Any other recommendation how we could approach this time to increase his chances of Visa.
