story
HI I have question about data fix. Employer A - I was working with employer A until April 2017. On unexpired stem. Applied for h1b and was revoked within 60 days from application. I was terminated and was undergoing discrimination charges against employer A with eeoc. Case was settled and was termed as resignation. However USCIS doesn’t know that I was not terminated I’m guessing. Employer B I am on unexpired stem currently with New employer B who is applying for h1b this April 2018. My Stem expires March 22 2019. My DSO says I have valid f1 status from SEVIS and I do not require a data fix. Q1. Do I need a data fix? DSO said I am on valid STEM. No need for data fix. Q2. Do I need to show any USCIS revocation documents for my revoked h1b from former employer A when applying for new h1b with employer B? Q3. Old employer A did not send me revocation USCIS papers. can you help me procure it so I can apply for data fix (if needed for h1b 2018-19) and submit revocation (if needed) for new application for h1b this year. pontevecchio
Unless you graduated from a 2 bit or non accredited program, Your DSO is the authority on your SEVIS. If you intended to consult the firm of Murthy, please call them directly and make a phone appointment. Link to comment
