H1B visa holder marrying fiancé on B2 (visitor) visa in US

Hello experts,

I’m planning to get married with Canadian PR girl (Indian citizen) in California. She has US B1/B2 visa received from US consulate in Toronto on Sep 2017. I have following two questions. I'm a full time employee on H1B visa expiring on 2020. Please provide your feedback on the followings.

• Is it advisable for her to come in USA with a B1/B2 visa and marry in the US?
  • If yes, then what are the things to keep in mind? Does 30/60 rule apply here?
• I’m afraid that her H4 visa could be refused as I heard that the purpose of the B2 visa is just for visitors. Please advise.
• Any other consequences that I'm missing here?

1. You mean whether she can come over on a B2 visa and get married. The answer is YES .

2. She would need to leave and return with a H4 visa instead of applying for a COS.
