kevinlivin Posted August 15, 2011 Report Share Posted August 15, 2011 I will be attending my H4 interview soon. I attended my H1B interview couple of months ago and was given 221g yellow. Not much has happened on the case since then . I am still working and intend to do so until I get my H4 visa. If asked about my employment in the H4 interview, what could be the best answer. Is it mandatory to resign from my current job ( working from India) and then attend H4 or i sit okay to answer to VO that i intend to resign once i have granted get the visa.Given the situation with H1B , Please comment Link to comment
