shravan2013 Posted January 26, 2018 Report Share Posted January 26, 2018 Hello, I'm in a situation where my new employer applied for my H1 transfer and recently i got an RFE on my petition. Now, my wife and i have to travel to India for some reason. Can either of us travel to India and go for stamping on my current H1 visa or will there by any risk as my new petition is currently under RFE/process. My current visa with my existing employer is till Sep 2019. Link to comment
