My company wants to convert L1B to H1B since L1B ends in Jan-2019 and also wants to apply for green card as EB3 now. So, my question is: If they appy for green card now and then for H1B in april, can it in any way affect the green card process since the green card will be applied while I'm on L1B and then later in the process I'll be already on H1B? Or, since they are separate processes it won't affect? Link to comment
